You give us: name, email address, billing and shipping address, telephone number, and order details. If you create an account, your login credentials and order history.
Collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, and how you move through the site, via cookies and similar technologies.
We never see or store your full payment card details. Card information is captured and processed directly by our payment provider.
How we use it
To process and fulfil your order including shipping and customs documentation; to communicate with you about your order; to respond to enquiries; to send marketing where you have consented; to detect and prevent fraud; to improve the site; and to meet our legal and tax obligations.
Legal basis
Where UK or EU law applies we rely on: performance of a contract, consent for marketing and non-essential cookies, legitimate interests for fraud prevention and improving our service, and legal obligation for tax and accounting records.
Who we share it with
Only parties who help us operate the business: Shopify, which hosts our store; our payment provider; our shipping and logistics partners, who need your address and phone number for delivery and customs clearance; our email platform where you have subscribed; analytics and advertising providers, subject to your cookie choices; and professional advisers or authorities where required by law.
We do not sell your personal information.
