SHIPPING POLICY

Every piece is individually handcrafted, and each order is prepared for you specifically.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 30 days of purchase. Because each piece is shaped and finished by hand, this window allows us to complete your order to the standard we hold ourselves to. Many orders leave sooner, and we will always tell you if yours is ready early.
Delivery
Transit time is additional to dispatch and varies by destination. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow it to your door.
As a guide, allow 3 to 5 business days within Malaysia and 7 to 14 business days internationally after dispatch.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated live at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order, so you see the actual carrier rate for your destination rather than an estimate. A small handling charge is included to cover secure packaging.
Complimentary worldwide shipping applies to orders over USD $500.
Insurance and tracking
All orders are shipped tracked and insured. If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact us within 48 hours of delivery or of the expected delivery date and we will resolve it with the carrier.
Customs and duties
Orders shipped outside Malaysia may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges set by the destination country. These are determined by your local authorities, are not included in the price you pay us, and are the recipient's responsibility. We cannot predict or reimburse them.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once dispatched and cannot accept responsibility for orders lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
