All sales are final
Each piece is individually handcrafted and made to order. For this reason we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
Please choose carefully before ordering. Our sizing guidance is on every product page, and we are glad to help you decide before you buy. Contact us at maisonlumirea@gmail.com with your wrist measurement in centimetres and we will recommend a fit.
Cancelling before dispatch
Because orders are dispatched within 30 days, you may cancel and receive a full refund at any point before your order leaves us. Email maisonlumirea@gmail.com with your order number and we will confirm.
Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.
If something is wrong with your order
We stand behind every piece we make. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs, if your order:
- arrives damaged in transit
- has a manufacturing fault
- is not the item or size you ordered
We will repair, replace or refund it, including return shipping. This applies regardless of the final sale terms above.
Natural variation in colour, clarity, inclusion and pattern between stones is inherent to genuine crystal and is not a fault.
Lost or undelivered parcels
All orders ship tracked and insured. If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your parcel is confirmed lost, contact us and we will resolve it with the carrier at no cost to you.
We cannot accept responsibility for parcels delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any right you have under the consumer law of your country of residence, including any statutory right of cancellation, and any right to a remedy where goods are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality.
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Where that right applies to you, it takes precedence over the final sale terms above. Contact us and we will honour it.
